With the Congstar PrepaidCard, you only pay for what you actually spend on your mobile phone. The prepaid card is particularly worthwhile for people who do not use their mobile phones very much or who want to precisely monitor their expenses. You can use your mobile phone with a prepaid card without a basic fee.

Activate the Congstar prepaid card

1. First, buy the Congstar Prepraid card through the sales page of Congstar or in a larger supermarket.
2. Activate the Prepraid card beforehand via the Congstar website. Enter your phone number and PUK to access the card unlock. In the following window you have to enter your personal data, such as name and address, in order to create your customer account.
3. You can now top up your credit, view invoices and book additional options via the customer account.

After activating the prepaid card, you will receive a confirmation to your email address.

Buy and top up credit

• You can top up credit in several ways, for example online, by telephone, automatically monthly or by SMS. With this procedure you have to enter your bank details. The credit will then be debited by direct debit.
• Alternatively, you can top up your Congstar card using a receipt code. You can buy the cash receipt at charging stations such as Real, DM or Netto. Dial * 101 * CashCode # on your keypad and then enter the code. With some charging stations, you may not receive a receipt, but instead have to enter your phone number at the cash register.
• It is possible to use your customer account to send an Internet or SMSFlat rate to be booked additionally. When buying the prepaid card, please note that Congstar does not offer a telephone flat rate.
• However, the minute and SMS prices are valid for all German mobile and landline networks, which means that you do not pay more for calls to other networks than within the same network.
