Find a T-Mobile customer number: this is how it works

Discover the customer number on documents

• There are several documents on which the customer number should be noted. E.g. the papers that you received after signing the contract. The welcome letter should contain the number you are looking for in the upper right corner, alternatively it can also be mentioned in the text itself.
• If you do not have the papers to hand, you can simply pull out an invoice, which T-Mobile issues on a monthly basis. You can not only examine your respective calls and other uses there, but also the customer number. Again, this should be mentioned at the top right.
• If you use the T-Mobile online platform, you can log in there with your user name and password. Then switch to the contract overview and have the customer number examined there.

It can happen that you simply cannot discover your customer number with the above steps. Documents and log-in data can easily be lost. But there is an alternative that can be found in support.

1. Switch to the Support page from T-Mobile and choose an offer that is relevant to you between the telephone numbers.

2. Before you call, look for data with which the customer number could be found. This includes your mobile phone number, date of birth and address.
3. Call the respective number and explain your problem there. If you do not know a solution, inquire whether it would be possible to filter the customer numbers using the mobile phone number and address.
4. If this is the case, pass on the data and then write down your customer number on a piece of paper. You can now use this value to find out more about your contract or to plan a termination.
