  2. In addition to the actual cancellation, you should write that your mobile operator should transfer the remaining credit back to your bank account. For this purpose, you must of course also write down your complete bank details.
  3. Put your SIM card and a copy of your identity card in the letter and send it to the address of your mobile phone provider.
