How to install the prepaid SIM card

  1. After you have purchased the Happy Móvil SIM, you must first break the SIM chip out of the card and insert it into your mobile phone.
  2. On the back of the card is yours Phone number, the PIN and the PUK number. Rub off the gray field so that you can see the PIN number.
  3. After inserting it, enter your PIN number when prompted.
  4. Now make your first call to activate the card in Spain.
  5. To top up your credit, it is best to buy a "Tarjeta de Recarga" between 5 and 50 euros. After you have scratched off the top-up number, call the service number 2982 and press "1" on your mobile phone keypad. Then enter the top-up number again using the keyboard and a voice confirms the new credit.
