  1. Open one of the books about halfway down and place double layers of kitchen roll on its side. Spread a few clover leaves on the paper, put double paper towels on top again and close the book.
  2. Make sure that the shamrocks are nicely spread out and next to each other. They will retain the shape they now have in the dried state.

How to design pictures with the leaves

In principle, it is very easy to make pretty pictures with the dried clover leaves, so this handicraft work is ideal for children.

  1. Put your colored paper on the table in front of you and paint, for example, a pot or a basket in the lower half of the sheet.
  2. Then stick the dried clovers piece by piece above the upper rim of the vessel as if they were growing out of it. When doing this, you should lay the leaves tightly and overlapping and never distribute them in straight lines. It looks more natural that way.

Variation: Shamrocks are naturally green. But who says that they have to be on self-designed pictures too? You can color the dried leaves with paint from the spray can before sticking them on. If you want it to be modern, you can use pink, for example, if you want it more Christmassy, ​​use gold or glitter spray. However, let the paint dry well before sticking it on.
