  • With the grade 2 you will find similar formulations only that it goes a little less into the superlatives. Instead of "extensive and well-founded" it is then a "good", instead of "complete satisfaction" it is written as "full".
  • You have a grade of 3 in a work area if it is mentioned without emphasizing a particular leadership. For example "was resilient", "carried out" etc.
  • In the case of grade 4, a restrictive "also" may have been used, for example "also showed leadership qualities", "also carried out work according to instructions".

Problems with job references

  • You always have to look very carefully at the job reference, because the "codes" for the grades are very different. A one for the way of working would be, for example, "extremely efficient, careful and independent."
