• With the Xtra Card you not only have full cost control over your credit balance, you can also call one of the best networks in Germany at the same time. Telekom offers optimal network coverage almost everywhere, guaranteeing that every customer can make calls without any problems.
• But you can not only make phone calls with your Xtra Card, you can also use one SMS- and book a telephone flat rate. Both are available for a small surcharge per month.
• Furthermore, you can also use the Internet with Telekom, so that you have full control, there is a flat rate that you can book for ten euros per month.

If at some point you no longer have any use for the Internet Flat, you can of course deactivate it at any time.

Deactivate flat rate in just a few steps

You are not bound by any deadlines Flat rate can be canceled at any time and without problems.

• You can deactivate Flat rate by calling the Telekom service hotline. The hotline can be reached on 0180 5 229494. From the landline The call costs 0.14 euros per minute and from the mobile network it costs 0.42 euros per minute.
• Describe your request to the employee and have your phone number and, if necessary, your card number ready for identification. You can find the card number on your SIM card.
• You can also log into the T-Mobile customer center. From there, go to your tariff overview and click on "Change tariff". Simply uncheck Internet Flat and the option will be deactivated.

If you have never logged into the Telekom customer center, then register free of charge with your phone number. The activation code for the account will be sent to you by post in a few days.
