If you have your photos transfer from your iPhone4 to your PC, you can do this easily using the iTunes software.

  1. Connect your iPhone to your PC.

  8. Next, open the folder you want to transfer the photos to, then press Ctrl + V to paste the photos into that folder.

Windows will start copying the photos. This may take a few minutes, depending on the number and size of your photos.
