Advantages and disadvantages of a liquid gas heater

- Another advantage is the very compact design. Modern condensing boilers are usually not much larger than a wall cabinet. Wall mounting is also possible. The exhaust pipe can simply be led outside through the house wall.
- Liquid gas heaters are also very quiet in operation, so that they can even be installed in a living room.
- Before you decide on a liquid gas heater, you should also know the disadvantages.
- Liquid gas is usually the most expensive fuel. This means that the lower investment costs are wiped out after a few years by the high liquefied gas prices.

Oil heating systems are cheaper in the long run than liquid gas heating systems
- Oil heaters are about twice as expensive to buy as liquid gas heaters. But the heating oil is a little cheaper. In a large building with high energy consumption, the higher investment costs will pay for themselves after just a few years.
- However, oil heaters require a lot more space than liquid gas heaters and are much louder during operation. A separate boiler room is therefore usually required.
It should be noted that liquid gas heating is particularly suitable for smaller, well-insulated houses. For larger buildings that have a high energy requirement, oil heating is the better choice.
