Before you finish your discussion dedicate yourself, read the introduction and the main part again carefully. If necessary, manufacture small notes indicating which main arguments were used in the discussion. A short list should make it easier for you to finish.

- The end of the discussion is literally intended to lead the reader to a conclusion.
- In doing so, you should no longer stick to a certain problematic aspect of the main part, but really try to find a skillful conclusion.
- First of all, draw a conclusion by taking into account the main arguments of your discussion.
- The next step is the summary of the decisive arguments.
- Now you should try to put on paper a certain opinion (a judgment) that results from the individual arguments.
- In the last step, you dedicate yourself to a possible solution that is logically understandable based on the arguments. Possible consequences of your solution are also to be addressed here.

What to Avoid at the End of the Discussion
- Sometimes while reading the argumentation a couple of brilliant ideas that one would like to let flow into the end. Don't do this! It is advisable to focus solely on the main arguments here!
- Likewise, you should not suggest any solutions that cannot be traced back to the previous argument.
- Make sure you keep the summary of the arguments brief. Please do not be distracted by the "less important" arguments, but only include the main arguments.
