If you want to merge several pictures into one picture, you have two options. You can organize a fun day of handicrafts with the family and make your own suitable motifs for a collage from photo albums. All paths are open to your creative ideas. If you prefer to work with the computer, there are special photo editing programs on the Internet that you can use to conjure up beautiful collages.

Insert many pictures on one picture

• If you want to make a very personal photo montage yourself, you need colored photo cardboard, crayons, glue, scissors and handicraft utensils. Next, sort your photos and decide which motifs you would like to use to create one picture and how big it should be.

• Take a close look at the pictures and decide which photos you can trim with the scissors and place them on the cardboard. If you like the positions, stick to its intended place, picture by picture. But leave space for a frame.

• You can now add a little reminder, stick on small matching motifs yourself from colorful craft paper or stick on pretty rhinestones. Crepe paper would be ideal as a frame. A nice collage would be, for example, if you were to assemble photos of children according to age and add a pacifier or the first children's watch as a nice accessory.

Insert photo into photo - this is how it works

You would like to insert a photo into the other photo and get creative with these images ...

• First save all the pictures that you want to become one picture in a folder. Then open that program and click to open the "New" menu and create the project in the window below.

• The "Workspace" dialog box opens, in which you can already select the background color. Once the color has been confirmed, the appropriate background for your images will be determined. This can be trees, clouds, patterns and much more.

• In the "Add images" menu, upload the selected background, confirm with o. k. and just drag it into the work area. Here you can edit the background and color until you like the picture.

• In the next step, go to "Place" and upload the photos you have selected from your files and folders. Then the first photo to be placed is selected and dragged to its position. Do the same with the rest of the photos.

• If you like, you can now insert pretty drawings, decorations or texts and put the finishing touches on several pictures on one picture.
