  8. After an hour, remove the lid of the roaster and add the poultry stock. Put the lid back on and leave the turkey in the oven for another thirty minutes.

  9. Take the lid off the roasting pan and leave the open roasting pan in the oven for another twenty-five minutes for a crispy skin. You should pour the meat stock over the turkey every five minutes.

  10. After this cooking time, take the turkey out of the oven and arrange it on a platter.
