Plum juice - this is how you make it yourself
You can easily make a delicious plum juice yourself, which you refine with spices. Afterwards, just let it taste for you in a quiet minute so that you can really enjoy it. However, you should know that plum juice has a laxative effect if consumed too much. Drink that juice therefore, in moderation, if it is less in your favor to produce this effect.
- In order to be able to fill the plum juice, which you would like to make yourself, you first need sterile glass bottles. Just fill in the boiling water into this and then empty the bottles again. Most germs are killed by the boiling water. You can then use the bottles for your own purposes.
- Of course, the plums also have to be washed off in order to completely remove any remaining dirt. Use cold water for this, however. Then core the plums, which you would like to use to make the plum juice yourself, and put them in the juicer.
- Once the plums have been juiced, you can now add a little sugar and grape sugar to your liking or anise sugar add various spices to the juice, which give it a special flavor care for. For example, cinnamon can be used to refine the plum juice that you make yourself. Cardamom (black) can also be chosen if this spice suits your taste better.
- If you have seasoned the juice to your personal taste, then you should briefly bring it to the boil in a saucepan and fill the bottles while they are hot. A direct closure of the glass bottles is necessary so that the plum juice, which you have prepared yourself, lasts for about 6 weeks.
