This is how you can reprint a ticket

1. In order to be able to print the Hermes parcel label again, you should first visit the official website of the Provider call. This is Hermes' online parcel shop. You will now see a white page with blue highlights. The blue and white is a trademark of Hermes.
2. Now scroll down the picture a little until you see three fields in the middle. The upper left field is labeled "Online parcel label". In the field there is a small gray button with the word "Next" in it. Click this button.
3. The next page is the main page so that you can fill out the parcel label again and then print it. The first important piece of information is the country to which you want to ship. You have the choice between "Germany" and "International". Click on the statement that applies to you.
4. In the next field you will be asked to work out the shipping method, the number of packages and the costs. In a narrow field below you will see an indication - "Hermes parcel". On the other side of the bar is a small arrow that you have to use to indicate how you want to send the package, for example "Pick up at your door".
5. Enter your desired package class below. The classes range from "S" (small package) to "XXL" (large package).
6. Below you can see the costs you have to pay.
7. Under the costs there is a small input field in which you can enter when the courier should pick up the package from you. However, the field is only relevant if you have specified "Door-to-door pick-up" as the shipping method.
8. Below you will see a large input window. There you write the sender data in the specified order - in the field below you enter the recipient data according to the same principle.
9. In the next step, you specify whether you are sending the shipment as a private person or for business.
10. Now accept the terms and conditions and conditions of acceptance by clicking in the respective field.
11. To print the parcel label again, select the blue button below. This button says "Create parcel label now". The completed form will now be created.
12. Below is a small gray printer. Click on it - the ticket will now be printed out for you. Make sure, however, that the barcode is not smeared. This can happen when the print cartridge is new. If that has happened, you have to write the slip again, otherwise the package cannot be sent for the reasons mentioned above.
