Garlic tea against powdery mildew

A tea made from garlic cloves can also help you rid your cucumbers of powdery mildew without chemical toxins.

  1. To do this, chop two to three large cloves of garlic into small pieces with a sharp kitchen knife and place them in a saucepan or heat-resistant bowl.
  2. Then pour 500 ml of bubbly boiling water over the pieces of garlic.
  3. Let the tea steep until it has cooled completely.
  4. Then fish the garlic pieces out of the brew using a fine-meshed kitchen sieve.
  5. Now fill the liquid into a spray bottle.
  6. You should then spray the infected cucumber plants thoroughly with the garlic stock at least every two days.

Gradually, the powdery mildew will disappear without the use of poison.
