You can follow the entire process with the parcel service providers. This begins when your shipment has been received. Usually the parcel first lands in a distribution center before it can be delivered to you.

• The parcel service providers have different names. The DPD calls reception, for example, curling. This means that the package has arrived at the distribution center and will be taken to the delivery base (depot near you) at night.

• At DPD, the shipment is referred to as a roll-out if the parcel has been loaded in the depot near you.
