A tender pork loin is great to cook in the oven. Served with a delicious creamy pepper sauce and a side dish to suit your taste, this recipe brings something really delicious to the table.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slightly thicker pork loins
  • 2 glasses of mushrooms, whole
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 16 slices of bacon
  • 700 g whipped cream
  • 1 cube of beef broth
  • 200 ml red wine
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill and parsley
  • green pepper, pickled

The great thing about this dish is that the loin is cooked right in the sauce in the oven. This saves you having to mix a sauce separately, and the meat dish can be served and consumed immediately.

The loin and mushrooms are fried first

  1. The loins are cut into 16 slices of the same size as possible and each wrapped with a slice of bacon.
  2. Sear the loins in a pan, then place them side by side in a large roasting pan.
  3. The fresh mushrooms are cleaned and sliced. Together with the mushroom heads from the glass, these are then seared until the liquid is completely reduced.

Cooking meat and mushrooms with sauce in the oven - final steps

  1. Mix the cream (alternatively Cremefine) with the red wine and dissolve the stock cube in it.
  2. Mix the red wine and cream mixture with the curry powder, paprika powder and peppercorns from the glass and pour everything over it meat and the mushrooms in the roaster.
  3. Close the roasting pan with the lid and let the loin simmer in the oven at 150 ° C for about 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and cook everything uncovered for another 30 minutes.
  4. Before the Serve you can now decorate the meat dish with dill and parsley. Complete!
