  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of raw or cooked ham
  • 4 slices of Emmental cheese

  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Fat for baking

This is how the cordon bleu is prepared

  1. Wash the chicken breasts under cold running water and pat dry.
