  • If you want to cover an armchair that is removable or removable pad then get some cloth, screwdriver and tools. So you can cover the stressed seat again.
  • Before buying fabric, test whether the seat cushion can actually be removed. You can carefully use the screwdriver to take the cushion out of the frame. Then measure the size of the pad. Make sure that the fabric extends to the bottom and that it is large enough.

  2. Place the seat cushion of the armchair on top. You face the underside of the pad.
  3. Now fold the fabric sides over the armchair upholstery to cover it again. Fold the fabric a little at the corners, as you would when wrapping gifts. Before you fix the fabric, turn the pad gently and only slightly to see the likely result.
  4. When you are satisfied, fix the fabric to the underside of the cushion with a staple gun.
  5. Then put the cushion back into the frame or on the armchair.
  6. If you also want to re-cover the backrest and the staples are visible, you can cover these areas with a fabric border, which you then fix with all-purpose glue.
