VIDEO: Facebook messages are not displayed

Adjust security settings for Facebook
If your messages are not displayed on Facebook and the FlashPlayer and Java are up-to-date, the problem is usually in the browser's security settings.
- With Internet Explorer in particular, you can fix problems quickly and easily by lowering the security level to "Medium". Open the browser and select the "Security" option under "Tools".
