VIDEO: Make piping bags yourself

If you notice during baking that you don't have a piping bag, you can make one yourself very quickly. It doesn't turn out as good as a real one, but it does the job.

This is how a homemade piping bag succeeds

1. You need a lunch bag or a freezer bag. If you have suitable attachments for piping bags, that's great. If not, you cannot inject any special patterns.
2. The snack bag is cut open at one corner.
3. Don't make the hole too big or the frosting or cream will run right through the hole.
4. If you still have attachments, simply insert them through the hole from the inside.

5. Of course, you can also use greaseproof paper in an emergency.
6. You have to twist the paper like a school cone and tape it together from the outside.
7. Now you can also push an attachment through from the inside or simply spray samples without an attachment.

Basically, it doesn't matter which method you use for the homemade piping bag. The method with the bag works best, however, it simply lies better in the hand and is easier to dose. If you use paper, you really have to glue it together very well, otherwise the casting will run out on the side. Also, when you press it, you need to be careful not to peel the tape.
