  • pullover
  • black shoes

Do you want to go to Carnival as a horse and make people laugh? You don't know how to do that? Here you can find out how to best make a horse disguise yourself.

This is how the paper mache horse's head succeeds

  1. Inflate an elongated balloon and knot it.
  2. Put the balloon on its side and take old newspapers that you tear into many small pieces.
  3. Now stir the paste as described on the package.
  4. Now take the balloon, place a piece of newspaper on it and then use the brush to brush it generously with paste.
  5. Make your own Yoshi costume - this is how it works

Yoshi is a dinosaur who became famous through the game "Super Mario World" ...

  6. Now repeat this process until the balloon is almost completely covered with newspaper and paste. (Leave a round hole at the bottom, which is about the diameter of the top of your head.)
  7. Let the whole thing dry a little and start with a second layer by placing pieces of newspaper on the balloon and then applying paste to it.
  8. Repeat this two more times so that the paper mache now consists of four layers in total.
  9. Let the whole thing dry for a couple of hours.
  10. When the paper mache is now completely dry, you can pierce the balloon with a needle at the bottom where the hole is.
  11. Now paint the future horse's head in any color. It is best to use acrylic paint for this.
  12. After the paint has dried, paint the horse's head with two black eyes, two nostrils, two ears, a mouth and, if you like, spots or a blaze. Let everything dry again.
  13. Now you can put the horse's head on the top of your head. You can secure it to your head with an elastic band as you wish so that it does not slip.
  14. Glue threads of wool of equal length to the back of the horse's head. This works best with a hot glue gun.

This is how the right cladding works

  1. Put on a sweater and trousers in the same color, which should also match the horse's head. You can decorate the clothes with stains using acrylic paint to create a piebald horse disguise.
  2. The shoes should preferably be black to look like hooves.
  3. Take some more wool, cut threads of the same length and knot them all together at one end. Glue the whole thing as a tail to the back of your pants.
