Spread the fabric face down on a large surface. Make a template yourself. Draw a circle template with the dimensions mentioned above on a piece of paper or cardboard and carefully cut it out with scissors.
Attach the template to the fabric with pins and trace the outlines with a pen. Repeat the process for a second circle.
Remove the needles and the template and cut out the two circles with fabric scissors.

Sewing yourself made easy

Place the circles of fabric for your pillow on top of each other turned right side out and fasten the pins again on the edge. The seam allowance should be approx. 1 cm.
Thread a thread that matches the color of your fabric into a sewing needle and sew the two parts together with simple stitches except for an opening. If you feel comfortable, you can also use a sewing machine that speeds up the sewing process.
Turn the pillowcase the right way round and fill the inside with soft cotton wool.
Sew the opening carefully so that no cotton wool can ooze out.
