Facebook: Create photo album does not work

- Don't upload too many photos at once. This takes too long. Use your home DSL for this and let the upload run overnight. This is recommended if you want to upload more than 20 images at once.
If you are unsuccessful with the upload, you should try later. It happens again and again that the Facebook servers have problems.
