You will not succeed in the usual method of pressing Ctrl or Shift and the left mouse button at the same time, nor is there a function provided for this in the layer menu.
• But that's not really necessary either. You can use the "Align Tool" to move several levels at the same time, for example, or you can create a setting level where you apply a certain filter and put it on top Position. This means that you apply this filter to all subordinate levels. So, with the help of the tools themselves, you can often address several levels at the same time.

If you want to drag several layers into a new work area, do it layer by layer or simply combine all layers into one picture. So you can move or edit the entire figure with just one level.
