People like to shop quickly and inexpensively on the Internet. Often, however, minor issues can arise with the method of payment. The following instructions show how you can easily pay by bank transfer at Amazon.
You have to pay attention to this at Amazon
To be able to order anything from Amazon at all, you first need a customer account. To do this, click "Sign up" at the top of the page. Follow the Amazon wizard to guide you through the registration process. If you already have a customer account, you can skip this step.
- Payment by bank transfer is only possible at Amazon if your item is sold by Amazon itself and not by partners and you have given a German delivery address.
- Bank transfers are also not possible for digital products such as MP3. If you have just registered with Amazon, payment by bank transfer is only possible up to a maximum of 100 euros. If you have been a customer for a longer period of time, this maximum limit does not apply to your orders.
Make the payment by bank transfer
- Once you have placed your desired items in the shopping cart, you must click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- If you are not yet logged in, log in with the login data. There are now several fields that must be filled out. Among other things, the delivery address and the billing address.
- After you have filled this out, you will be asked to enter the desired payment method. Since you want to make the payment by bank transfer, select "Payment on account" as the payment method.
- When you have determined the payment method, you can check your order again and place it in the order by clicking the "confirm" button.
