Clear recently closed windows

What you need:

• Mozilla Firefox 22.0 (final version)

You can find your recently closed pages in your Mozilla Firefox Internet browser by going to Open browser, click on the orange "Firefox" button at the top left and move the mouse under "timeline"go to" Recently Closed Windows ". However, you cannot remove the pages you have visited there.

How to delete recently closed windows

1. It is best to follow the instructions below step by step as you read. This will make removal easier for you.
2. After your internet browser opens, go to your timeline. You can find this in the current version of Mozilla Firefox using the orange button on the top left, on which the word "Firefox" can be seen with an arrow pointing downwards.

3. Left-click the orange button once. A menu then opens in which the chronicle is listed as the second item from the top in the right of the two columns.
4. Move your mouse over the word "Chronicle" so that another menu opens there. Now click with the left mouse button on "Show complete history".

5. A new window will open showing the pages you have visited (in your "library"). Find the websites you have recently visited that you want to remove.
6. Right-click the pages one at a time. Each time a new small menu opens, in which you then select the option "Delete" with a click of the left mouse button.
7. You can also select several visited pages together and remove them at the same time: Hold down the "Ctrl" key (bottom left on your keyboard) and click with the left mouse button once on the desired Left.
8. If you want to remove all pages, you can select them in the library using "Ctrl" and the "A" key and then right-click and then left-click on "Delete". On the other hand, you can do this via the orange button on "Chronicle" and then on "Delete latest chronicle".

An alternative - do not allow a chronicler to be created

• If you do not want a computer to store the pages you visit at all, you can specify this. To do this, go to the orange "Firefox" button again and this time go to "Settings" instead of "History", where you click "Settings" once with the left mouse button.
