With Street View from Google you can drive live the streets that you would like to see.

  • This allows you to see your restaurant, or maybe even your new place of residence, long in advance without ever having been there.
  • You can use Street View in Google Maps to use. To do this, open Maps and drag the yellow man to the place you want to see and double-click on the figure. Alternatively, you can enter the address and then drag the yellow man to the point shown.
  • If you don't have a desired address but just want to take a look, just zoom in on the zones that are outlined in blue. Street View is available in these areas.
  • There are several ways you can navigate in Street View. You can drive along the streets by using the directional pad in the top left of Google Maps.

  • A slightly less cumbersome option is to use the arrow keys on your computer keyboard. You can also use the mouse to navigate.

Drive the streets with Street View

  1. First open Google Maps and enter your dialing address.
  2. Then drag the yellow man with the mouse onto the letter "A". If Street View is available here, the area is outlined in blue and the male remains in his position. If the function does not exist, it jumps back to the navigation area.
  3. Then double-click on the manikin. Street View opens and you can drive down the streets.
  4. To do this, go with the mouse on the white arrows. If you want to see your surroundings, use the arrow keys, the mouse or the navigation pad on Maps.
  5. If you might want to take a closer look at a window or something similar, you can jump. D. H. you click with the mouse on the point that you want to take a closer look at and zoom in when a zoom symbol is visible.
  6. Quit Street View by clicking on the "X" in the top right corner of Street View - not the monitor. Alternatively, you can simply zoom out of the function.
