It is a nice idea to design wedding cards that include a photo of the wedding couple. Here's how easy it is to do this honorable job with the help of your computer.
How to design wedding cards with photos on the PC
- If no special graphics program is available, you can easily design wedding cards with the Word program. Therefore, first open this program on your PC.
- Now set the page format that you want to use. A DIN A4 sheet is usually set by default.
- You should now bring this into landscape format using the page setup if you want to design a DIN A5 folding card.
- In the next step, please insert a photo into the Word document and adjust it to the desired size. At the same time, the photo can now be put in the right place. Make sure that the front of the folded card is the right half of the Word document.
- Then come up with a nice headline, such as B. "We're getting married" and put this lettering over the photo. To do this, choose a nice font and a color that matches the image and layout.
- You could put the couple's names under the picture.
- Now print out the document on a sheet of white or colored 160 g paper. By choosing 160 g paper, the wedding card is not too unstable, but also not too thick to be able to crease the card easily. Fold the sheet of paper so that the photo is on the outside.
- For the inside of the folded card, please open a new A4 Word document in landscape format.

- Then please print out this sheet on white 100 g paper and crease it so that the writing is on the inside.

How to beautify the photo wedding cards
- If the finished wedding cards still look too boring for you, you can decorate them with heart-shaped confetti, for example, by simply sticking the hearts on the front of the card.
- Another option is to use some glue to "paint" two circles that intersect. Then put some golden glitter on the adhesive, pour off the excess glitter - and the wedding rings are ready.
There are no limits to your imagination when designing wedding cards. It doesn't take very long to design, and neither does the decorating - if you've done it a few times. Just try it out for yourself.
