- For the whole body mix 4 tablespoons of sea salt with 1 tablespoon of oil or with 2 teaspoons of milk. Or you can do your sea salt peeling with 2 tablespoons of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of milk.
