Our skin is exposed to constant stress and increasing air pollution in everyday life. In addition, there is dehydration, minor injuries, sweat, weather conditions and metabolic processes that ensure that the skin is constantly stressed. This compensates for deficits such as poor complexion, pigment anomalies, wrinkles, impurities, tired skin, cornifications and scars. Prepare your peeling yourself! This is child's play and a gentle alternative to chemically mixed and, moreover, expensive industrial products.

A peeling is a cosmetic treatment to improve or Recovery of the complexion. Anyone can prepare it themselves without much effort or expense.   4. A yeast-milk peeling is recommended for skin that tends to be blemished. You will need a tablespoon of flaxseed, half a piece of baker's yeast and milk here. First, warm the milk and crumble the baker's yeast into it until it has completely dissolved. Then gradually add the flaxseed until a homogeneous mass forms. Massage in well with circular movements and allow to work in until the mixture dries slightly. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

  6. Treatment with a quark and honey peeling is particularly suitable for enlarged pores. Take a tablespoon of cottage cheese, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of cane sugar on hand. The honey has a calming effect and ensures a smooth skin surface. Leave on and then rinse off.
