Land of the rising sun
Correctly, the land of the rising sun is not only called China, but the People's Republic of China. The official name is even completely different: "Zhonghua Renmin Gongheguo". However, China is a fascinating travel destination and combines tradition, culture and modernity in mostly harmonious harmony.
"The land of the rising sun" - China is often given this decorative epithet, because from a European point of view it is in the east, that is, where the sun rises. If you look at the world map, however, this epithet should be reserved for Japan, because this state is even further east - at least from Europe seen from.
The country of China impresses with its sheer size

China is not only the land of the rising sun because of its geographical location, because then it would be Japan.
