How to fight mold with chlorine

  1. Wash the area you want to treat with clean water if other chemicals have been on it before.
  2. Ventilate the room well and leave that window open minded. Spray so that products containing chlorine cannot get into your eyes, mouth or nose. Protective goggles and a cloth over your mouth and nose are definitely recommended if you use chlorine-containing agents against mold.
  3. Leave the room immediately. Also make sure that neither children nor pets can get into the room for the next few hours.
  4. After the exposure time, wash off the chlorine cleaner. Use only water and wear rubber gloves.
  5. Then continue ventilating the room for a few hours if you have combated mold with chlorine.
