The DHL Packstation is a wonderful invention for professionals or anyone who travels a lot. In order to be able to remove the shipment from the packing station, you need your personal PIN. Anyone who has forgotten them stands at a loss in front of the machine.

To pick up a shipment from the packing station, you need your customer card - the Goldcard - and the personal identification number, which is referred to here as "PostPIN". Anyone who has forgotten their PIN or entered the code incorrectly three times in a row, for example in the wrong order, is at first perplexed in front of the packing station. If you enter the wrong number three times, your access is automatically blocked. However, this does not mean that the relevant program is no longer accessible to you.

  1. Anyone who has forgotten their PostPIN can apply for a new PostPIN at the DHL service call center.
