Spritz drink according to recipe

Would you like to mix a sparkling drink for special occasions such as New Year's Eve, a birthday or simply for a successful evening? With these two recipes you should be able to do this without any problems.

Ingredients:

  • Cocktail glass
  • Wine glass
  • drinking straw
  • Ice cubes
  • Aperol Spritz:
  • 4 cl Aperol
  • 8 cl Prosecco
  • Mineral water
  • Orange slice
  • Passion fruit spritz:
  • 6 cl sparkling wine
  • 150 ml passion fruit juice
  • 50 ml of fresh orange juice
  • Cocktail shaker

Regardless of the occasion: a sparkling drink is a joy for almost every occasion. A very popular recipe is that of Aperol Spritz, a slightly more exotic drink is Maracuja Spritz. You will delight your guests and yourself with these two recipes.

A recipe for Aperol Spritz

  1. For the Aperol Spritz you use for Serve usually a wine glass or a long drink glass with a long stem. First, put four to five ice cubes in the glass.
  2. Now carefully pour the Aperol over the ice cubes and then the Prosecco. Alternatively, you can sparkling wine use.
  3. Now pour in until just below the edge of the glass Mineral water to fill up the fizzy drink. Then stir with a short straw so that the liquids mix. Do not stir too vigorously so that the drink does not lose its liveliness.
  4. Then put a large, untreated orange slice that you cut into the glass to add another taste and a visual highlight.

A refreshing drink with passion fruit

  1. For the second recipe you will need a cocktail glass. First fill it two-thirds full with ice cubes.
  2. Now add the passion fruit juice and the freshly squeezed orange juice to the glass. Shake the contents with a cocktail-Shakers.
  3. Then put the contents back into the cocktail glass and fill it up with the Prosecco.
  4. Cut the orange slice in one place up to the middle and stick it on the edge of the glass.

The passion fruit spritz is also a real treat when served with a straw.
