HELPSTER author

I am a Bachelor of Culture and Communication Studies student at a small university in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. In my free time, I like to devote myself to projects that satisfy my thirst for action and make a small difference for my immediate environment. Otherwise I practice a lot of yoga and Nei Gong, a Chinese form of movement and meditation, I am passionate about cooking for friends and family and I love the sun.

Reason for my choice of topic

I grew up in Asia, when I was six I moved to Japan and then to China. In the context of Asian culture, traveling and eating have become my greatest passions, which I would like to share. I was able to familiarize myself very intensively with Asian cuisine and use my time abroad to explore as much as possible in the region. Nutrition and food are also a constant issue for me. I have been eating vegetarian for a number of years and now even vegan. This change made me think about nutrition and eating a lot.
