HELPSTER authorOutside of my professional life, I like to end the day with a good book, a glass of red wine and jazz music in the background. On my days off, I like to canoe or ride a horse through the woods and meadows, with a refreshing swim in the lake in between, wonderful. But one is always with me, my watchful dog Tesso, he loves such trips just like me. When I get home, I like to cook and prepare myself for an interesting visit to the theater. Tesso doesn't stay at home alone, he has Bertha, the cat.

Professionally, I can be found in Telesales / Market - Research / Customer Service - e.g. Finance / Insurance. I have to deal with different topics every day. I have determined my choice of topics based on where I stay on the ball through targeted further training or through strong self-interest. It is very important to me that I create knowledge through my contributions and possibly solve one or the other problem.
