It is very easy to calculate a suitable weight for your own size. If you have both values, you can find out on the Internet whether weight and height are compatible.

Determine height and weight

First determine the two measurements before you can determine whether you are the right weight for your height.

  1. Pull yourself up on that underwear and weigh yourself. This works best in the morning.
  2. Weigh yourself again to check if your scales are not completely straight.
  3. You should also weigh yourself every morning for at least a week to see what your actual weight is.
  4. Then measure your size as precisely as possible. You should have someone to help you with this. To do this, stand up straight against a wall with the heels of your feet touching the wall. Your helper can z. B. place a book horizontally on your head and place it against the wall.

  1. Turn on your computer and open a browser.
  2. Enter "BMI calculator" in a search engine. BMI calculator can be found e.g. B. at Stay fit or BMI calculator
  3. Enter the requested data in the empty fields - i.e. your height and weight and, in some cases, your age.
  4. Click on "Calculate BMI" and display the result.
  5. Read from a list whether you are the right weight for your height.
  6. If this is not the case, you can simply change the invoice and calculate your optimal weight.
  7. Take z. B. a BMI for people of normal weight of 20 as the basis. Multiply this value by your squared size, e.g. B. 20*1,642= 54. Accordingly, 54 kg would be a body weight suitable for your size.

Please note, however, that these are guidelines. You can use the BMI calculator as a basis, but you shouldn't see it as the whole truth.
