How to cook beef with sauce in a pressure cooker

  8. In the meantime, prepare the sauce for your beef. To do this, melt about 40 g butter or margarine in a saucepan.
  9. Rub about half a stick of horseradish with a grater as small as possible.
  10. You should now turn the horseradish into something milk stir in.
  11. Now put 40 g of flour in the saucepan filled with butter. Erase the whole thing with ½ l meat- or vegetable broth.
  12. Now add the horseradish milk mixture to the sauce. You may need some more sauce binder for the binding.
  13. Then you can season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice as you like. Of course, you can also serve the beef with a classic gravy.
  14. After 20 minutes of cooking, take the beef out of the pressure cooker. Let the beef cool down briefly and then cut it open.
