First of all, your sports club must be recognized as a non-profit organization so that you can transfer your donation. The tax office is responsible for this. For sports clubs, the recognition of the charitable status is usually possible without any problems: the club must to prove on the basis of his statutes that he promotes sport and does not have any economic goals tracked.
