What you need:

  • for the water ice:
  • unsweetened fruit juices (not-from-concentrate or organic juices)
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • small portion bowls
  • Plastic spoon
  • possibly. fresh fruits to taste
  • for the milk ice cream:
  • 1/2 liter of low-fat milk
  • 200 grams of strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • possibly. Vanilla flavor

This is how you can make healthy ice cream very easily

Children's eyes light up when they give the little ones a delicious, colorful ice cream offers. And when you know what ingredients you used, watching the kids snack is even more fun. Delicious water ice cream is easy to make with healthy ingredients. Making fruity water ice without an ice machine:

  • Use not-from-concentrate juices with no added sugar. Organic juices are also available. You can find both variants in good supermarkets, drug stores or health food stores.
  • If you also want to sweeten the ice cream, we recommend more natural honey or (organic) syrup (e.g. B. Maple syrup) from the health food store.
  •  Fill in the juice into the serving bowls and put a plastic spoon in each bowl.
  • Place the bowls in the freezer for at least 6 hours. And your own healthy ice cream is already made.

How to make a delicious milk ice cream with fruits yourself without an ice cream machine:

  • You can also easily make healthy milk ice cream with fruits yourself. To do this, give 1/2 liter of low-fat milk, 200 grams of strawberries, 2 bananas, 4 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt and, if necessary, some vanilla flavor in the blender. If you don't have a blender, you can also use a hand blender.
  • Mix or puree the mixture for approx. 1/2 - 1 minute, until a creamy mixture is formed.
  • Put these in the portion bowls and leave them at least. 6 hours in the refrigerator linger.
  • Note: Ice cubes make a delicious fruit drink for the summer even before freezing.
