One has it, the other doesn't - a voice suitable for singing. But before you start singing, you can do a lot yourself to make your voice sound better, with warm-up exercises.

Here's how to warm up your voice before singing

  • To get really loose at the beginning, stretch your body. To do this, stand on tiptoe and stretch your arms in the air for about 10 seconds. After the 10 seconds, shake your knees and drop your arms too. Then you start shaking all over your body. This will loosen the body after the stretch.
