Create a Bundesliga game plan in Excel - this is how it works

Create the schedule in Excel
- Whatever your reason for creating the Bundesliga match schedule in Excel, it is definitely not particularly complicated. First, just think about whether you want to store all the game days in one and the same table, or whether you want to create a separate table for each game day.
- In the following example, a separate table is created for each game day. To do this, first open your Excel.
- Above the lower task bar you will see tabs labeled "Table1", "Table2" and "Table3". Right-click a tab and select the "Rename" option. Choose a name of your choice, for example "Matchday 1".
- The Bundesliga has 34 game days, which means you need 34 tables. If you click on the tab to the right of the last tab, another one will be inserted. Repeat this step until you have 34 tables that you can rename as described.
- Now return to "Matchday 1" of your Bundesliga schedule by clicking on the corresponding tab. Excel opens the first table again. Here you now have the opportunity to type in the games from an existing game board. But that is too laborious.
- It's easier to use "copy" and "paste". To do this, go to the game schedule from kicker.de and select "Matchday 1" in the corresponding selection field. Press the Ctrl or Ctrl keys at the bottom left of your keyboard and click with the left mouse button to the right of the first club.
- You will see a blue box appear. Now keep all the buttons pressed and drag the mouse pointer down to the right to the last club, so that all pairings are highlighted in blue.
- Let go of the pressed keys, right-click in the selection and select "Copy". Go to your Excel spreadsheet, mark the same number of cells as you marked the boxes in the table of foosball, and right-click on the option "Insert".
If you have done everything correctly, you have now transferred "Matchday 1" to your Excel spreadsheet. Proceed in exactly the same way for all other game days and then save the file with a meaningful name on a data carrier.
