GLS is a parcel service that you can use to send parcels. For each parcel you will receive a so-called parcel number or tracking ID. With this you can see where your parcel is. However, if you get the message "No data found", you shouldn't worry.

In order to be able to track your shipment, GLS offers this service via the company website. Here, however, it can happen that no data has yet been stored and the message "No data found" appears.

  1. For example, if you have received a shipping confirmation from a mail order company, this usually also contains a tracking code (shipment number).
  2. You can copy this number and put it on the website of GLS in the text field behind "Search". Now select the country and click on the orange arrow.
  3. This is followed by a list of where your package is located. If no shipment data has yet been stored, the message "No data found" appears. The reason for this is easy to explain.

No data was found for the broadcast

  • If you have received the parcel numbers and the shipment tracking from GLS has not yet found any data, this is usually because that the sender franked the package and thus created the tracking code, but GLS has not yet accepted the package Has.

  • The data on your parcel can only be viewed once it has been scanned and processed by GLS. You can usually view the data within 24 hours.
  • If no data on your parcel can be found after 24 hours, you can also contact GLS by phone. Here you ask for your package and give the corresponding number.
  • The employees can then tell you exactly where your parcel is and why no data can be found via the shipment query. If no data is available there, your parcel has probably not yet been posted by the sender. In this case you should ask there.
