  2. If the opponent has good defensive skills and uses his lead hand effectively, it is extremely difficult to attach a liver hook.
  3. You should first practice the necessary sequences of movements in front of a large mirror. First, perform the movements slowly and then increase the pace.
  4. The force should be from the standing leg over the hip into the upper body and eventually transferred to the arm. A slight twist from the hip is required.
