Preparations for sending back an H&M return

1. In addition to the invoice and the ordered textiles, the H&M package also includes a return slip. Please fill out the form. On the return slip, you should write down why you want to return the clothes. For example, you can tick that the goods are too big or, if necessary, even arrived defective. Please put the completed form in the return package.
2. After the return slip has been filled in, you will find a return barcode on the same document. This must be stuck on the outside of the package that you want to send back. To avoid confusion, please stick the new barcode over the old barcode.
3. Now please seal the package with parcel tape so that nothing can fall out. If you have not cut the white plastic straps that were folded on delivery, you can also use these to return the goods.

Sending back H&M parcels - this is how it works

• You can call the H&M hotline and ask for the package to be picked up. Usually, a messenger from the Hermes Logistics Group will arrive on the next working day or the next but one at the latest to collect the parcel from your front door free of charge.
• Another option is to hand in the parcel in a Hermes parcel shop as a free return. From there, your package will be returned to H&M. You can find a parcel shop near you on the Hermes homepage.

Important information for sending back an H&M package

• Complaints and returns must be reported to the sender within 2 weeks of receipt. be handed in in the shop.
• If you have ordered a pick-up at your doorstep, always get a receipt for the sent package.
• Collection can take place during the day between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. There is no appointment that is set at a specific time for H&M returns. However, the pick-up date can be arranged with H&M.
• Get a receipt in the Hermes parcel shop when you drop off a parcel.
• Keep the receipt you received in a safe place; in the event of a loss of the shipment, it will be your assurance that you have actually sent the parcel back. The receipt can only be destroyed after the overpaid invoice amount has been credited.
