Request an invoice from Amazon
At the mail order company Amazon, you have the option of requesting the delivery note for an order with just a few clicks. If you need a new original invoice, the procedure is a little more laborious. Find out here how to receive the delivery note or invoice for an order.
Call up the delivery note on Amazon
At Amazon, you can print out the delivery note sent to you again with just a few clicks, regardless of how long ago the purchase date was.
- To do this, you must first visit the Amazon and click on the link "My Account" in the upper right area (directly above "Shopping Cart").
- Then select the option "My Orders" in the "Orders" area and log in with your Amazon log-in data.
- Now look for the order for which you want to print out the delivery note. At the top right you will find a selection list with which you can limit the period of your orders to a certain year, the last six months or the last 30 days.
- As soon as you have found the desired order, click on "Show overview" in the left area below the order date.
- An overview of your order will then open, in which you will find the items you have ordered, the payment details (payment method and billing address) and the delivery address. To print them out, you only need to switch on your printer and press Ctrl + P.

Request the invoice again
If the delivery note is not enough for you, for example because you have the invoice for the tax return you will need to contact customer service to request an invoice can.
- For example, if you received a gift from Amazon, all you need to do is tell Customer Service that you also need an invoice.
- If you need a new invoice or a duplicate invoice for a delivery, you also need a Send an affidavit to Amazon stating that you will no longer have the original invoice own.
