The telephone provider Base offers its customers the option of querying the base flat rates they have booked via SMS. With the status query you always have an overview of the options you have booked. You can find out how to query the status in the following instructions.
Maintain an overview of the base flats
Always keep track of your base flats. So that nothing goes wrong, you can easily access the options you have booked via SMS Interrogate.
- With the query by SMS, you can recall which flats you have currently booked with Base at any time. If you no longer need one of the flat rates you have booked, you can just as easily cancel it later.
- You can use the status query at any time free of charge via your mobile phone or landline phone. You will receive a list of your base flats in a matter of seconds.
Querying the flat rates via SMS works like this
- To be able to query all flats, you have to switch on your mobile phone or pick up your landline phone. Good cellular reception is a prerequisite for status queries via cellular network. If you are in a dead zone, the status query is not possible.
- Send an SMS with the text "STATUS" to the base speed dial number 66306 and in a few seconds you will receive status information on all booked options.
- Base flats that are still in the so-called "pending status" are not taken into account in the status query via SMS. Activation requests that are still open will not appear in the SMS either.
- If the query is not possible one or the other time despite good reception, wait a moment and try the query again at a later point in time.
