A butterfly made of wooden discs

1. Lay out two slightly larger and two smaller wooden discs that together make a symmetrical butterfly figure. First attach the two large and then the two small discs to each other with hot glue. Then glue the two pairs together at the edge.
2. Cut simple, small shapes out of craft felt that you can use to decorate the butterfly wings. Since you always need two identical shapes, place the felt double for cutting. You can punch out points from the felt with a paper punch.
3. Try arranging the shapes on the slices wood and then attach them with craft glue. As soon as the glue has dried, you can also decorate the back.
4. If you want to hang the butterfly, simply pull a thread through the opening in the middle. You can also glue a butterfly decorated on one side onto a wooden clip, which you then use to attach the Easter decoration.

A rabbit pendant as an Easter decoration

You make the rabbit's head from a wooden disc, leftover felt and some straw or raffia.

2. Use the paper punch to punch out two white felt points for the eyes.
