  • In any case, you should avoid various activities that are too strenuous in any way. Even if the thought of combating boredom with a short bike ride is perhaps tempting may appear - get it out of your head as quickly as possible, everything else would be counterproductive.

Fight against boredom

Of course, there are a number of things that you can safely do from a medical point of view when you are sick.

  • This of course includes reading, for example. Maybe you haven't had the opportunity to pick up a good book for a long time - now would be the perfect opportunity.
  • German television is currently offering Afternoon does not always show the highest quality programs, but still knows how to entertain the audience. And besides: Why are there DVDs with good films?
  • It's boring at home alone - you can do that

Are you home alone and you are bored? Then you should take remedial action ...

  • If the disease really grabs you and even reading is too strenuous for you, why not use the services of an audio book. Lie down, close your eyes and immerse yourself in a really good story.
  • Surely there is something that you have wanted to do for a long time, but you just didn't have the time. Sort through stamps, tidy up the closet, or call an old friend. Take the opportunity and fight your boredom by doing at least one of these activities.
